We had a family dinner on Sunday night to farewell my second sister and her hubby who were returning to Sydney that night. This was a home-cooked meal at my parents’ house. Here are the stir-fried vegies:
And (unusually, for us!) a second vegie dish, of stir-fried watercress with garlic.
This is kari hantu (literally curry ghost, or ghost curry), with chicken and snake beans.
