Yet another incarnation of fried rice

Last night, Jac planned to cook roast chicken and vegetables, but I was really craving fried rice. This version had SPAM, champignons, green beans, chicken mince, onion and garlic (both slivered and chopped, of course). It was flavoured with cracked black pepper, light soy and dark soy sauce, and finished off with a couple of eggs broken in at the end. It really hit the spot. Anyway, Jac is roasting the chicken tonight. It’s in the oven as I write.
