Teriyaki fish and salad

Dinner last night was simple, light and tasty. Hoki fillets with chopped onion, cracked black pepper and teriyaki sauce, all wrapped up in alfoil and baked in the oven for around twenty minutes. Jac made some salad to serve with the fish. I ate my salad with a dish of Paul Newman’s Ranch Dressing like a dip (I love to roll up my lettuce and dip it in – yuuum. So as you can imagine, the little carrot sticks were perfect for dipping).
