Dinner, 29/11/2005

Last night for dinner, Jac panfried these chicken and pork kievs we bought from the supermarket. Yes, chicken and pork. They were very garlicky and salty, and Jac fried them so they were lovely and crisp on the outside. She served them with steamed vegetables (carrot, zucchini, cauliflower, green beans and potatoes), which she tossed in butter, salt and (I think) a bit of paprika and vegetable stock powder. Jac didn’t like the kievs that much – she reckoned they were way too salty; I enjoyed them, and have leftovers to eat tomorrow.
