Stir-fry

Dinner last night was flat rice noodles stir-fried with garlic tofu (that tofu is one of the most delicious things I’ve eaten this year! Must remember to ask Jac where she bought it from), chicken, green beans, carrots, chives, and mung bean sprouts, flavoured with pad thai sauce out of a jar. We topped it with crispy deep-fried shallots. Jac ate hers with lots of pickled green chilli, I ate mine splashed with dark soy sauce. Really tasty, and I had the leftovers for breakfast this morning.
