Sunday lunch – strange but delicious

Some of you may think this looks weird, but it was a really yummy lunch. I zapped two lemon pepper fish filets (leftover from Friday night) in the microwave. I cooked up a packet of Maggi two-minute noodles (chicken flavour). I blanched the bok choy in the noodle broth, but served the noodles on the plate without the broth (ok ok you guessed right – I put that salty, fakey-chicken-flavoured greenish broth into a separate bowl and had it on the side *smacks lips*).
