Things are going ballistic!

Breakfast on Thursday was a bacon and egg toasted sandwich. The middle of the egg yolk was still semi-gooey, as I like it.

And lunch was chicken and corn soup, a surprisingly big bowl, good value at $3.90. It had nice chunks of chicken in it and was very tasty.

Things are going ballistic right now – ballistic as in busy and all happening at once. I have to go and have my calf rubbed (my leg, not my baby cow, as I don’t have a baby cow!) by Jac now before she goes to sleep – I somehow stretched my leg in the middle of the night last night and pulled my calf muscle quite badly. I woke up howling in pain – it was all cramped and taut and I couldn’t un-tighten it (I know, shonky english). This is something I do from time to time, I don’t know how to stop it as usually by the time I am conscious the damage has been done. I’ve been told such cramping can be due to not having enough sodium in one’s system, but I’m sure I have enough … who knows? The big party is tomorrow night, and there is lots to do…
