I thought you might like to see what we have growing in our garden. Jamie Oliver would say it’s “growing like the clappers”. Jac planted the lettuce from a packet of seeds which had only Italian description/instructions on it. It tastes pretty good. We’ve been using it to make salads. Also in the photo is parsley, which Jac uses all the time in her cooking (for example, her french chicken and spag bog). My friend MK says “only the wicked can grow parsley”, to which Jac laughs and responds, “I’m very very wicked!”
