Jac and VR went to Mandurah with mates on the weekend before her surgery. As most of you know, I’ve already posted the photos from the family dinner on the Friday night at Hawker’s Cuisine. On Saturday night, I decided to cook one of my favourite dishes I make when I’m home alone, my chicken dish with no name, which I’ve featured photos of on numerous occasions.

I’ve posted my sort-of recipe for this dish before (see this post). I’ve also made it with asparagus instead of green beans, which is also really tasty.
