I’ve had a rather bingey week. No lectures, please. I know it’s bad bla bla bla. It happens from time to time. I’ve been walking past KFC for weeks now, and that delicious, salty, uniquely and recognisably KFC smell finally lured me in. I had a three piece feed – all original recipe. I was chuffed – as part of my three pieces I had a drumstick and a thigh – my two favourite parts.

That should do me for a couple of months, until the next successful siren song (successful from KFC’s point of view).
