Tuesday: Jac made a fish pie, which she baked in the oven topped with sliced potatoes.
She served the fish pie with steamed carrot, cauliflower and corn. The chunks of fish were cooked in a creamy sauce with peas. Yummy.
Wednesday: chicken schnitzel and chips. The schnitzel came from Lenards, and the chips were oven fry ones. A pretty easy meal to prepare, with both chicken and chips baked until golden brown and crispy in the oven.
We each had a bowl of salad with the schnitzel and chips – I ate mine with aioli.
Still falling asleep at the desk, but trying to finish as many posts as I can tonight.
