Jac’s cheesy toasties
Surprise! I have a sudden (and these days RARE) burst of energy this evening and have decided to use it to write a couple of posts. Usually the time on weeknights I could spend blogging I choose to spend with Jac instead, but she is at her mum’s tonight and right now I have no one to talk to except my Internet friends. :)
Sunday lunch: while I ate the leftovers from Friday night’s Chinese home delivery, this is what Jac had – a selection of very cheesy grilled cheese toasties, made using cheddar cheese, swiss cheese and a couple of leftover hamburger buns which we had in the freezer. There’s cheese and tomato, cheese and salami, cheese with mustard and tomato, and cheese with… more cheese. What can I say, the woman loves cheese! Cheese toasties on a rainy Sunday arvo, sitting in front of the heater with the cats, watching Baywatch. Hahahaha.
