I am so in love with this meatloaf! We ate it again for brunch on Sunday morning. This time I ate mine with baked beans. Jac made herself a messy, chunky meatloaf sandwich (sorry, no photo). I wonder if there’s any more meatloaf in the fridge. I hope Jac didn’t take the last of it to work for her lunch today! Heheh.
