Takeaway noodles for dinner

On Thursday evening Jac went to hockey training and had dinner with her teammates at the hockey club house. I knew I wouldn’t feel like cooking when I got home, so I picked up some dinner from the markets on my way home – Singapore fried bee hoon (AU$8.50). Many a Singaporean has told me there’s no such dish in Singapore, but it’s really delicious nonetheless!

I also picked up a char kway teow (AU$8.50) for Jac. I thought she might like to have it for lunch the next day as she loooves char kway teow (and she did enjoy it the next day).
