Jac went out for dinner with friends last Friday night. I wasn’t going along, so Jac grabbed a supermarket barbecue chook on her way home for me to have for dinner. I was stoked that the chicken came with stuffing (that mystery “thing” you see on the right hand bottom “corner” of the plate). I just chopped up some snow peas, green beans, cucumber and tomato to go with the chicken. Tender, tasty chicken with crunchy fresh vegies, so easy and yummy. How I love barbecue chicken stuffing and skin!
