Noodle stir-fry

Last Tuesday evening, Jac cooked a noodle stir-fry with rice noodles, chicken, vegetables and tinned small prawns. Jac wanted to try the tinned cooked prawns – call me a snob, but I would never buy tinned prawns (and now, having eaten them in this dish, I still wouldn’t buy them! :)), but this was a pretty tasty dinner. I think the packet mix Jac used to flavour the noodles was supposed to be Singapore noodles. They were curry-flavoured noodles, with a good bite to them.
