Another mystery* fried egg sandwich, this one with soft yolks and tomato sauce on toasted multigrain bread. The gooey egg yolk and tomato sauce did make the bread a little soggy in the middle, but I ate the sandwich pretty quickly so it didn’t have a chance to get too pulpy. It was finger-sucking, cheek-wiping, lean-in-close-to-eat goooooood.
*”Mystery” because a workmate gets these for me from a lunch bar, I don’t know exactly where. It’s fun keeping it a mystery. :)
