I had a presentation to give on a recent Friday, which ran over lunch time (definitely not scheduled by me!), so my workmate J kindly grabbed me some lunch while she was out getting hers. It was waiting for me in the fridge when I got back to the office – a cooked tuna and pasta salad from Sushi@Royal (Shop 2, 131 Royal St, East Perth). Underneath the pasta there’s finely shredded cabbage. The way to eat this is to pour the dressing over the salad and mix it all up so the cabbage is stirred through the pasta and no longer hidden underneath. It’s very tasty. They do a chicken katsu and pasta salad too, but I’ve found the katsu to be quite dry. This is very good.
