This was a bento lunch I packed for myself – a sliced panfried chicken thigh on a bed of mixed salad greens, with baby roma tomatoes, Always Fresh marinated mushrooms and oven-baked baby eggplant. Oh, and seedless green grapes for something sweet.
Jac cooked the chicken and eggplant for me. All I did was assemble the items. She had other lunch plans, and didn’t need to bring lunch in that day.
