Chilli and garlic prawn salad
Another recent meal – chilli and garlic prawns served on salad. Jac included thinly sliced fresh red chilli in the salad, which was a surprise as well as surprising.*
The prawns were satisfyingly bursty, with a pleasurable bite from the chilli – just awesome.
I want more prawn salad! :-D
*A surprise because it was unexpected, and surprising because I didn’t think I’d like it that much, but I really enjoyed it!
