Sandwich bento
With Jac still away, there was just me to eat the bread – so I made more sandwiches for lunch. I used 6 slices of bread, and ate one of the sandwiches at morning tea time.
Along with the sandwiches, I packed a small piece of dark fruitcake and some spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes.
I made three different sandwiches: fried SPAM, mayonnaise and lettuce; chicken, cucumber, and strawberry jam; and chicken, cucumber, wholegrain mustard and aioli.
