Another dinner cooked by Jac, this time panfried pork steaks, homemade oven-baked potato wedges*, steamed cabbage and green beans, and orange mash (carrots and sweet potato), with big creamy dollop of aioli for dipping.
The pork steaks were juicy and tender, with golden brown caramelised edges. I couldn’t wait to get my knife and fork (and teeth!) into them. They were delicious!
