Work lunch – chicken kebab with runny egg and garlic sauce
Here’s that delicious chicken kebab with runny egg and garlic sauce I mentioned in my recent chicken kebab post. It smelled absolutely wonderful, and its warmth felt lovely in my hands as I took greedy, garlicky bites.
In the kebab: chicken, egg, tomato, lettuce, loads of garlic sauce – and a little salt and pepper. That salt and pepper makes an amazing difference.
