Jac made this quick dinner for me one night I got home from work very late – a chicken, salad and aioli wrap. She seasoned the chicken pieces in Greek seasoning (we buy it in a jar) before panfrying until golden-brown and juicy. She placed the hot juicy chicken on top of mixed crispy lettuce (mostly cos) and dropped dollops of aioli on top of the chicken.
I folded the flatbread (microwaved briefly just for a touch of warmth) into a wrap, which turned out very wide and large – it was delicious! The seasoning on the chicken was tasty, and the meat was tender. I’d been feeling very tired and sorry for myself when I got home, but luckily Jac knew just the thing to help me feel a little better! :)
