For a recent dinner, Jac panfried lamb cutlets to a tender pink medium and served them with some toast and a dish she called “vegetable hot pot”. It looked to me like a vegetarian variation of the chicken stew she’s made. No, sorry, no recipe to share yet. :)
I dipped my toast in the vegetable dish, and it was very good. Nothing like thick tasty gravy smeared on a bit of toasted bread. The hot pot wasn’t bad on the lamb either.
