Jac made this lamb curry for dinner recently. She used a curry mix from one of the half-jars we had in the fridge and cooked the lamb for ages so it was lovely and tender.
But my favourite thing about the curry was the carrot chunks – they were so soft and sweet, and tasted absolutely beautiful. I would’ve happily eaten this as a carrot curry with no lamb! That’s how amazing the carrot tasted! :D
