Jac panfried these pork steaks and served them with stir-fried noodles with mushrooms and cabbage, topped with pickled green chillies.
We buy big jars of pickled green chillies from the asian supermarket – they are so good with so many things. Jac loves to eat them with Indomie mi goreng. If you like pickled green chilli, tell me what you eat it with! :)
The pork steaks were beautifully tender. I loved the colour Jac got on the pork – crisp browned edges for the WIN. :D
