First meal cooked in new kitchen

The first proper meal Jac cooked in our new kitchen was a thai green chicken curry, with chicken thigh pieces, zucchini, onion and peas. It wasn’t the creamiest green curry, but really flavoursome, spicy and delicious! I enjoyed the leftovers the next day – for breakfast!

Katsu lunches

Chicken katsu: Fish katsu: Both are served drizzled with barbecue sauce, with salad and a blob of Kewpie mayonnaise. You get a slice of lemon with the fish katsu. I can’t decide which I prefer.
