A weekend breakfast I made for myself while Jac was still away: two scrambled eggs on a lightly toasted English muffin. With freshly cracked black pepper on the eggs, of course. People often comment on the yellowness of the eggs we eat. We buy free range eggs, which usually have lovely, bright orange yolks.
