Pizza for breakfast
We made pizza for breakfast the other day. Well, to be more accurate, we assembled pizza using Lebanese bread as the pizza bases, which we then baked in the oven. The first one was covered in smokey barbecue sauce and then topped half-and-half. One side: ham, onion, fetta, roasted capsicum (roasted by Jac) and sundried tomatoes; the other side: ham, onion, roasted capsicum, sundried tomatoes and tast cheese.
This one was half barbecue sauce and half tomato sauce, and then topped with ham, sausage, roasted capsicum, sunfried tomatoes, onions and tasty cheese.
Jac’s plate. The pizza was delicious. And we had leftovers for later!
My plate. No fetta in sight. I am not a fetta fan. There are a couple more pizza pics at my Flickr site, if you’re interested.
