Yaaah, lamb
Dinner on Tuesday night – Jac cooked lamb necks for a really long time so the meat was tender and literally fell off the bones. I think she intended to make this a lamb curry but it ended up more like a spicy sort of casserole, with carrots, peas, broccoli and cauliflower thrown in. Not sure what you’d call it, but it was yummy, served on rice.
