Family lunch
Had a family lunch today, which Mum called “East meets West”. Beef curry… Sweet and sour pork… My brother’s mum-in-law brought a yummy vegetable bake. Made with broccoli and cauliflower, it was like a cross between cauliflower cheese and a quiche – it was made with eggs, soup mix and cheese on top. Peri-peri chic…
