Chicken Stroganoff, garlic mash and vegetables
This was dinner last Monday night (I think all I did that day was eat!) – chicken stroganoff (made using Continental stroganoff sauce from a jar), garlic mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables (green beans, capsicum, carrots and corn). Jac used boneless, skinless chicken thighs, fresh mushrooms, onion and garlic. It was yummy.
