Another quick takeaway work lunch, eaten in a hurry: sweet and sour pork, with stir-fried vegetables and fried rice. The pork had a pretty good meat to batter ratio, and quite a nice sweet and sour flavour too. I hate it when sweet and sour pork is mostly batter with barely any meat inside. That also sometimes happens with honey chicken – you bite into the honey chicken and realise they’re just balls of floury batter – very disappointing! :)
But yes… this sweet and sour pork was pretty good.
