Thursday Night Roast
Thursday night we invited Jac’s friend MT over for dinner, and Jac made a lamb roast.
I love roasted vegetables. In addition to potatoes and onions we also had sweet potatoes, carrots and pumpkin. Do any of you guys eat the pumpkin skin? Jac thinks I’m weird because I eat the skin.

Later on, as we were sitting in the spa room having tea and coffee, Pixel came in licking her chops and looking very smug. I’m sure she hopped up on the kitchen bench and helped herself to a bit of lamb while we weren’t looking. Heheheh.
