Work lunch – chicken kebab
I think I’ll be eating chicken kebabs every now and then for lunch, because they are just so good. I’ve been resisting the urge to order them with garlic sauce because I know just how powerfully garlicky the sauce is.
Without garlic sauce as an option, I order my kebabs with barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. Sometimes I like egg in my chicken kebab as well – an oyako don kebab, as it were. :)
Note: I caved today and bought a chicken and egg kebab with garlic sauce. The guy who assembled my kebab loaded the sauce on. With lashings of sauce and runny egg yolk, boy, was it messy, and boy was it good! I chewed double gum afterwards.
