Friday night dinner
Oh yeah, I forgot to post Friday night’s dinner: marinated panfried pork steak with stir-fried vegetables and rice. Jac marinated the pork sometime ago with soy sauces and fresh red chillies- it had been sitting in the freezer getting tastier and tastier.
