Another takeaway lunch from the bain marie – sweet and sour chicken with stir-fried vegetables and rice. Very garlicky, just what I like. This time I was pleased with the amount of tofu I was given. I love fried tofu! The chicken dish was… interesting. It was made using some sort of chicken patties – they reminded me of Hungry Jack’s grilled chicken burger patties, minus the chargrill lines. When I told Jac about this lunch and showed her the photo, she didn’t like the look of the “fake” chicken at all. Of course, “real” chicken pieces would’ve been better, but I actually quite liked it.
