Stir-fried soyaroni
Tonight’s dinner: stir-fried soyaroni with chicken, swiss brown mushrooms and broccoli. Flavoured with onion, garlic, salt-reduced Kikkoman soy sauce, a splash of dark soy and a drizzle of sesame oil. Jac ate hers with lots of pickled green chilli. I splashed more dark soy all over mine. I think Jac has finally been converted to stir-fried pasta.
P.S. Yep, still snotty. Ate my dinner with a semi-blocked nose. Thankfully I could taste about 75% of it.
