While I was at the shops the other day picking up stuff for making a stir-fry for dinner, I had a quick lunch at McDonald’s. Yes, I’m hopelessly addicted to the Filet-O-Fish.
The stir-fry I made that evening had chicken and an assortment of vegies in it – spring onion, garlic, snow peas, mushrooms, green beans, carrots, baby corn, yellow capsicum and bok choy. I had marinated the chicken for a few hours in white pepper, dark soy sauce, a little bit of brown sugar and a drizzle of sesame oil. Yummy!
