It was back to fish on Thursday evening. This fish was sold as “sweet lip” which may or may not refer to the fish known as sweet lip emperor. Jac marinated the fish with teriyaki sauce, ginger and sliced chunks of garlic and then grilled it. We ate it with rice, salad and corn on the cob.
