Hamburger toasted sandwich

These latest posts (including the two before this one) are all out of sync. This is my excuse: I was behind with my posts to begin with, then posted about my birthday and work food out of order because I was so keen to share that with you guys, and then over this Easter weekend I reformatted my pc – I did save all my files before doing this, including all the photos I’d downloaded from my camera but not yet posted, but somehow this afternoon I’ve managed to upload them all out of order. Oh well, I suppose it’s not that big a deal – you still get to see them, which is the most important thing, right? And so please don’t freak out about how terrible our diet’s been (well, more so than usual) in what may appear to be the space of a week – the point is, these photos represent a timespan that is much longer than a week! :) I hate sounding so defensive, but people tend to forget that we eat lots of stuff that I don’t feature here – and yes, the healthier items tend not to be as food porny – to me, anyway.

Jac made these yummy hamburgers recently – she panfried the burger patties (frozen ones), chopped up the tomato and lettuce and then made the burgers with toasted bread and mayonnaise – we didn’t have any burger buns. Sometimes I do think I prefer homemade burgers using sliced bread rather than burger buns. The burger buns we buy can sometimes be just too much bread.
