A dinner from last week – Jac bought some barbecue flavoured chicken skewers, which she cooked under the grill. She panfried field mushrooms and whole garlic cloves – yum! As you can see in this photo of my plate, I love my chicken, mushrooms and garlic!

Jac also made up a bowl of salad for each of us. It was such a tasty meal.
