Tuesday night cooking and eating
On Tuesday night Jac cooked up food for dinner and lunches.
She baked a tray of chicken wings in the oven. On the left are barbecue flavoured wings, on the right – hoisin sauce and garlic flavoured.
I ate a few wings for dinner…
…along with a bowl of freshly cooked fried rice. This version had ham, carrot, corn, green beans and mushrooms in it. And Jac used the oven-baked onion in it too. Yum!
