Dinner last Sunday was oven-baked fish and vegetables (potatoes, carrots, butternut pumpkin, zucchini, tomato*) and cabbage.
For dessert – tinned fruit salad, sliced fresh banana and vanilla ice cream. The syrupy sweet fruit salad was pretty mushy – it’s not something I have often, but I really enjoyed it.
*Yes, I know tomato is a fruit. :)
