Pork ribs, salad and baked potato
Jac had a craving for pork ribs recently but didn’t have the time to make a marinade, so she just used a bottled smokey barbecue sauce instead, rubbing the pork ribs generously in the sauce before baking them in the oven with a few potatoes. We ate the potatoes with butter, salt and pepper. Jac made us each a small garden salad as well.
It was messy work eating my pork ribs, but they were great. Finger-sucking and lip-licking good.
