A takeaway lunch, eaten in the staff lunch room on a rainy day: teriyaki chicken, vegetables and rice. The chicken had its skin on and was pretty tasty, but there needed to be a lot more teriyaki sauce to soak into the rice. And more vegies would’ve been good too, more green beans especially. Having said all that, I enjoyed my chicken and rice lunch, which I ate with chopsticks.
