I had the most perfect honey chicken with stir-fried egg noodles at my ex-workplace in the week that our house was being painted – the batter was not too thick, the chicken was juicy and succulent, and the honey sauce sweet and sticky – this was exactly how honey chicken should be. And those thick egg noodles were a pleasure to eat too.
This was one of my favourite lunches from the four or so months at that job. It was a meal I’d love to have eaten again. Actually, not just again, but repeatedly!
