Dinner – chicken fingers, baked potato wedges, tomato and mushrooms and carrots

An interesting dinner which I enjoyed! Ovenfried crumbed chicken fingers, homemade potato wedges, ovenbaked roma tomatoes and an experimental mushroom and carrot dish, all served with aioli for dipping.

The experimental mushroom and carrot dish was cooked in a sauce made with cream of chicken soup.

Aioli is my all-time favourite dipping sauce for potatoes – fries and wedges. So good.
