Jac panfried crumbed turkey breast steaks until they were golden brown and super crispy. She served them with potato salad and sliced cucumber.
She put peas and cubes of strasburg sausage in the potato salad. Only one other thing would’ve made this better – hard-boiled egg. But we didn’t think about that until we sat down to eat. D’oh!
The turkey was great! The crumbs were tasty and crunchy, the turkey meat moist. It was just out of the supermarket meat section. I’ll eat it again for sure.
